Gourmet Restaurant Since the 80s, Brigitte has been welcoming her customers here, in this spot so white, so immaculate behind the head of Solaise. A white oasis that has delighted generations of skiers young and old. Eric Matthis, her son, wanted to pay tribute to her by building a new showcase here, with two offerings: a bistro and a more gastro space upstairs called "Le Brigitte". The decor is surprisingly brightly colored, with large picture windows overlooking the mountains. As for the menu, it's a little less clear-cut. Downstairs, L'Ouillette offers some very nice suggestions at the right price. Generous focaccias, a succulent Alpine Beaufort pie, a gourmet croque-monsieur, and also pieces of meat to share. Upstairs, the Brigitte for pâté croûte made in Lyon, sea bass ceviche, braised meats, pork pluma, herb-grilled veal chop, and prices are also skyrocketing... The wine list is common to both floors, with a wide choice of appellations, as well as cocktails and mocktails.
