A bouillon as successful as ever on Avenue de Grammont, where chef Jérôme Lefèvre creates grandmotherly cuisine full of fond memories. On the autumn menu, herring fillets with apples in oil, leek vinaigrette, veal blanquette, sausage-purée and pear tarte amandine. Prices as attractive as ever.
