Original Restaurant Egg mayo is €1.90, calf's head with gribiche sauce €8.90 and rum baba less than €4. The bouillon on Avenue Grammont thus perfectly fulfills its mission, offering traditional cuisine at reduced prices, in the tradition of authentic Parisian bouillons. What's more, the chef makes the effort to change the dishes regularly, so that you can come back often without falling into a rut. In autumn, then, country terrine, leek vinaigrette, veal marengo, beef bourguignon and homemade crème brûlée.
