For more than thirty years, Catherine and Marc Faivre's restaurant has been one of the proudest ambassadors of Franc-Comtois gastronomy. Customers who step through the door know they will be received with the utmost consideration, and will enjoy a cuisine that is always gourmet, classic and based on quality products: fine Morteau sausage tart, leek stew and poached egg, Jougnena rainbow trout with blue cheese, marron glacé ice cream, blackcurrants and meringue slivers for a sequence cleverly priced at under €60. Nice cellar with the best of regional production.
