An authentic Franche-Comté home just a few meters from Lake Saint-Point, where Catherine and Marc Faivre are dedicated to promoting regional culture. It’s a place known for its warm hospitality, where the chef showcases a beautiful take on classic dishes: a thin Morteau sausage tart, sautéed leeks, and a poached egg; a mushroom tart; trout with blue cheese; a slice of free-range chicken in red wine and einkorn wheat; and a pan-seared cherry dish with crispy cannelloni made with Macvin.
