The menu is exhaustive: Gillardeau, Veules-les-Roses, Saint-Vaast, shrimps, langoustines, edible crab claws, periwinkles, whelks, caviar, salmon pastrami, smoked eel, taramas, anchovy timbale, grilled octopus, pollack, red tuna ventrèche... Good cellar accompaniment.
