A well-understood tradition, a menu that evolves with the times while remaining accessible and cleanly run by a professional: that's the pitch that's still relevant for this well-placed restaurant near the elephants, which offers a good menu from the menu, for €39: well-made pate en croûte with figs, sucrine and beet vinaigrette, filet of sea bream plancha vegetable risotto, apple crumble and cinnamon vanilla ice cream. Good service and a decent range of regional wines.
