The bistro in this superb hotel is more than just a showpiece. It's an opportunity for many visitors to enjoy these historic premises, with the service of a grand house. At lunchtime and in the evenings, you can enjoy a range of dishes from the €50 à la carte menu: calf sweetbread pâté, vegetable lasagne with mushrooms, parmesan and stracciatella, and an impeccable opera for dessert. The extensive wine cellar has the right answers for the region, with glasses priced at around €10 (Mont Redon, La Nerthe, La Canorgue...)
