Description

"Bringing people together, enabling them to exchange and share": this is the idea behind the Bistrot Gourmet, opened in 2026 by Karine Roy and Chef Thomas Collombat. In this rural café-restaurant, you'll enjoy creative, hearty, flavor-filled cuisine, homemade from A to Z, including bread. The menu, created with fresh produce from local producers, changes weekly. Extra-local, Charentais and southern wines accompany every dish. They can also be enjoyed at the bar, which boasts an extensive menu of softs, cocktails, local beers and champagne... The Bistrot Gourmet also has a grocery corner for convenience goods and local produce, a bread depot and a charging point for electric cars. Administrative and computer assistance is also available. All generations come together in this atypical vintage establishment, with themed evenings once a month and a guinguette section in summer. A rare place!
