A no-nonsense Parisian bistro that ticks all the traditional boxes, from the smiling, efficient, no-frills service to the traditional dishes executed with precision, not to mention the indispensable weekly menu (Wednesdays are for sauerkraut, for example). We particularly recommend the pistachio sausage with apples in oil and the Royans ravioli with chive cream.
