As the chef recommends, if you don't have the time for gastronomic liturgy (or the money, we might add), there's always the option of Pierre Grein's bistro. A practical and not disappointing option, with everyday cuisine, convenient access and fast, professional service: flame-burnt organic leeks with sliced vinaigrette, poultry quenelles with grandma's sauce, chicken linguine with Thai flavors, veal escalope with mushroom cream... The €39 menu offers no choice except for the delicious home-made desserts (chocolate snickers, exotic baba, lemon meringue tart...).
