Close to the Belgian border, a friendly bistro that exudes northern hospitality and good traditions. The chef knows how to put his clientele at ease, and despite the simplicity of appearance, he creates graphic, masterful plates that show the usual product in beautiful clothes: tomato stuffed with goat's cheese then roasted, honey vinaigrette, hake steak, beurre blanc with watercress, polenta, pan-fried mushrooms, grilled pork loin steak, sweet potato purée and soy jus, poached pears, ginger pear coulis. Pleasant service.
