Located in the former wine storehouse, the bistro complements the estate's elegant contemporary brasserie, where chef Didier Casaguana offers traditionally inspired regional cuisine. To discover, snails in butter, veal and duck pâté en croûte, velouté of porcini mushrooms and soft-boiled egg, fricassee of veal kidneys and vinegar jus, duck breast and chateaubriand jus, fine apple tart with salted butter caramel... Lunch at €31.
