Gault&Millau's review 2026

On the heights of Vieux Nice, towards the château, a charming neo-bistro in an ochre house with almond shutters. The place is inviting, the young team enthusiastically welcomes you, and the menu delivers what it promises: simple, contemporary cuisine with no fuss or imitation: leek vinaigrette, potato salad with kale, mackerel in escabeche, rice pudding or chocolate mousse, with the weekly menu adding a new dish each day at lunchtime (stuffed sardines, mashed sausage, risotto...). Nature in the glasses, with a dozen or so available.
