Gourmet Restaurant Under the arcades, this is the place to do good in the simplicity of a seafood brasserie open to fashion and respectful of the product. Oysters and homemade terrine, a generous fish platter and roast lamb or entrecôte from Normandy all coexist on the current menu. The wine cellar is modest, but Cheverny and Brouilly do the trick, and the service is dynamic.
