Sponsored Justine and her brother Charles, in charge of the kitchen, welcome epicureans and lovers of tradition to their pretty village bistro. These natives of the region like to give pride of place to local produce, right down to the wine list. The short menus are a sign of their commitment to offering you the finest seasonal, homemade flavors. Depending on the moment, you'll love: fried egg, tuna tartar, breaded salmon with peanut sauce, butcher's cut, vegetarian dish, squid with chorizo cream, pavlova, brownies... Everything is made on the spot with talent, and with an extra touch of soul, as Charles takes great pleasure in concocting delicacies that please taste buds of all ages. And all at low prices! The room, full of reminders of the past, is Justine's world. It's soft. It's beautiful. Her feminine touches are delicate. She's also the one who welcomes you as a friend, advises you on the wines in her (perfect) selection and pampers you throughout your meal.
