Gault&Millau's review2026
More than just a bistro, this is a restaurant that holds its place in the Annécian landscape, that of an evolved tradition and inventive cuisine based on fine seasonal produce. For years, the chef's reputation has been solid, and the prices quite high, demonstrating the difference between this restaurant and a tourist spot through its quality: pan-fried scallops with squash purée, black pudding with tonka juice, low-temperature farmhouse chicken supreme and roast potato millefeuille with comté cheese and morel mushroom cream, all choco glace rocher praliné in the wide choice of desserts on this attractive €61 menu. Extensive cellar, with more than a hundred references and good knowledge, service in the right tone, precise and communicative.
