North of Bagnols-sur-Cèze, this pretty Provencal house, with its beautiful stone and beamed dining room, and its terrace like a straw hut, hosts a lovely organic and local cuisine, for a moment of blissful rusticity. The dishes are classic and well-crafted, and ensure a loyal clientele: a duo of maigre and gambas, a fine shoulder of lamb, a generous rib of beef cooked over a wood fire. Regional wine cellar.
