Jérôme Godon, master restaurateur, offers the most sincere and well-turned-out cuisine in the center of this small town, with a certain seasonal simplicity. Dishes that warm, others that refresh, with true savoir-faire. Last autumn's pâté en croûte, creamy fregola with mushrooms and parmesan, confit pig's shoulder with gravy and lentils, and spiced apple and pear compotes with warm madeleine all delight at low prices (€36 full sequence) in a simple, well-kept setting.
