Anyone with a second home in Cabourg will be familiar with Le Baligan, undoubtedly one of the resort's most privileged HQs. Slightly set back from the seafront, it escapes the daytime crowds, welcoming mainly more informed diners, who enjoy François Teissonnière's extensive menu, featuring an infinite variety of seafood products, in a friendly atmosphere. Friends can share innumerable plates of shellfish and seafood platters, while gourmets can choose from prepared dishes such as lobster ravioli, fish soup, lobster tagliatelle, bouillabaisse cabourgeaise, cuttlefish carbonara with black spaghetti and mussels, poultry fricassee with prawns and saffron on tagliatelle, and snow eggs with almonds, pistachios and caramel.
