Gourmet Restaurant While the people of Aix have a few fine addresses on the shores of Lac du Bourget, in the city, opportunities to loosen a belt and enjoy a feast are rarer. That's why they like to return to their beloved 59, where Cédric Campanella knows how to welcome them and offer them just the right thing. To tell the truth, apart from the prices, everything here is rather modest, with a friendly, family-style bistro, well-crafted products, without any false notes, in a wise, consensual register. The leeks with black garlic and colonnata, the four well-cooked scallops, the cauliflower declension and the sweet chestnut-mushroom dessert make for an unsurprising moment, served with dedication and regularity. The wine cellar is classic, with a few glasses announced by voice, served without showing the bottle.
