Gourmet Restaurant This is undoubtedly one of the city's warmest restaurants. The Moreau brothers (Gabriel in the kitchen and Julien in the dining room) have created an atypical decorative universe: in no particular order, and without being exhaustive (!), you'll find a collection of kepis and caps, old posters and advertising trinkets, comic book covers, and a host of other unrelated "stuff" (old cameras on their stands, commercial ashtrays, old tins...) which, in the end, create a fun and convivial universe. The cuisine reflects the atmosphere and service: playful. Using only the finest ingredients, you can enjoy marinated anchovies and delicious roast potatoes, also creamed. The Erquy hake is cooked to perfection. Curry and mild spices boost the flavor without numbing it. Organic "wild" rice completes the dish. Dessert stays on course with a lemon and passion fruit shortbread tartlet. A small wine list in keeping with the location and prices: chardonnay du pays nantais from Domaine de Moulin Camus; saint chinian from Domaine de Foncalieu; côtes-du-rhône from Château Saint-Maurice...
