A real bistro run by two brothers, Gabriel and Julien Moreau, in the historic center of Rennes. It's a cheerful, friendly place, with its atypical decor and collections of kepis and political posters. The chef keeps things simple and good, with plates on the slate according to the market, pork pâté from the Trubert brothers, capers and gherkins, grilled salmon, sweet potato mousseline and seaweed fumet, roast chicken supreme, mustard seed sauce and green lentils, Valrhona chocolate ganache, speculoos and vanilla ice cream.
