Housed in a pretty old house, this bistro offers a personalized, sober decor, a cosy atmosphere and a rather remarkable choice of proprietary wines, including a good selection by the glass to get to know Lieubeau's Muscadet or Foncalieu's Cuvée Injuste Corbières. The menu has been well thought out by head chef Gabriel Moreau, with a 59° yellow pollack creamy with cauliflower and beet, pork pressé confit with sweet potato mousseline and reduced juice, and the almond and mascarpone financier from a good €36 menu.
