Gourmet Restaurant A little corner of greenery and sunshine at the end of a courtyard, for Tania Cadeddu's luminous Mediterranean table. The former distillery lends its walls to a contemporary and convivial experience, where the chef prepares a wood-fired cuisine inspired by her southern origins. Highlights include calamari à la sarde, fregola sarda with seafood, poultry supreme with red bell pepper cream, grenailles and tarragon sauce, and chocolate mousse with olive oil and fleur de sel.
