In this lively neighborhood, bistros are flourishing, and this modernity is very pleasing. A good example and a guaranteed toque for this exemplary establishment, which makes good use of the season, what's picked and what's available at the time: ceviche of the day with ginger and coriander condiment, butcher's cut of braised sucrine with Caesar sauce and creamy pumpkin, a vegan dish and the tarte bourdaloue with chocolate hazelnut cream ice cream and pavlova as a lighter alternative. Cool, cheerful service, small bowling pins.
