One of the insiders' favorite spots, away from the crowds, for this welcoming address in the pine forest. A charming farmhouse that the Mouret family has embellished over the years, raising the standard of cuisine to make it a must-visit. Laurent Mouret works the local seasonal market with great skill, and his first €52 menu is a culinary adventure: fresh cuttlefish and vegetables confit with olives and lemon, herb-crusted ombrine, crisp vegetables and tomato confit, duck breast with figs, fennel compote and panisse. Simple, fresh desserts, good local wine cellar.
