Gault&Millau's review 2025

We've had such a good time here that a new experience inevitably lends itself to goodwill. Even if the convivial atmosphere lends itself even more to tourism and family gatherings, diners focus on the essentials: well-chosen, honestly prepared products. So we opt for the traditional dishes of the region, with sanguette or lamprey à la bordelaise, and always the generous meats, a good foie gras, the copious macaronade and the large canelé to finish. Accompaniments are extra, service is right on target and the cellar is regional.
