For twenty-five years now, chef Philippe Latreille has been demonstrating his talents, with a rigor and consistency that we can't fail to applaud. The hotel's reputation is well established, and the table is a happy reminder of the reasons for its success, with the €48 gourmet menu featuring foie gras pot-au-feu with large vegetables poached in carcass broth, snacked scallops, white polenta with summer truffles and seasonal vegetables, and Cahors wine-infused prunes.
