Gourmet Restaurant An urban canteen on the Château-Rouge side of town, this hangout for friends is just as good for a dish on the go as it is for a real dinner, to share or not. The place is in good fashion, with a streamlined, old-fashioned bistro style, while the slate lines up revisited classics. The plates are well laid out, with fried smelts and chipotle mayonnaise, bouchot mussels and wild cockles, nduja and fennel, octopus salad, dark chocolate ganache, olive oil, cocoa crumble and fleur de sel. Organic and natural cellar.
