Sip a wonderful Spritz or a lovely glass of Italian wine on the terrace or in one of the three dining rooms (two upstairs, including a more intimate salon) just a stone's throw from the Domaine de la ferme de Monsieur, brother of Louis XIV and Marquis de Brunoy, as proposed by Aurélie and Marco at La Trattoria. The chef, who grew up in Rome, has mastered the culinary techniques of Italian gastronomy through experience: arancini, truffle panzerotti, some twenty Neapolitan pizzas... Their dough ferments for 48 hours before being baked in full view of customers in a traditional Neapolitan oven. And for the dolce note, why not succumb to a tiramisù al caffè, light, generous and authentic? The smiles and warm welcome of the staff make this a place frequented by many regulars.
