On the heights of the village and just a few minutes from Albi, the majestic staircase of Bruno Besson's hotel is an invitation to enter, to discover the beautiful contemporary dining room, and the terrace under the arbour, which is much appreciated in summer. The chef's impeccable savoir-faire makes his classic cuisine stand out from the crowd, with dishes such as sliced king prawns with herb emulsion and fragrant cold gazpacho, and sliced duck with fruit and tangy jus. Classic desserts. Suitable cellar.
