Selected Right next to the resort, a traditional inn that immediately defines the classic, generous and comfortable style of the establishment. Under the dark beams, decently priced regional compositions are lined up with a light modern touch: morel crust, ricotta-mozzarella ravioli à la franc-comtoise, filet de sole au savagnin, rosace de pommes de terre florentine, lamb mouse with thyme and spiced seasonal vegetables, a famous roesti comtois. Cellar adapted.
