Gourmet Restaurant The Westminster's chic brasserie setting, in this contemporary art deco room, is beautifully refined. From Monday to Sunday, lunch and dinner, you'll be able to enjoy the best of yesterday's and today's standards: ceviche of royal sea bream, sole meunière, roasted cod zucchini with tomato oil, rib of beef with Choron sauce, "West burger" with Cévennes onion, ewe's tomme and beef heart. Prices aren't those of the local bistro, and you'll quickly reach €70 with cheesecake or roasted pineapple. Redde's pouilly fumé costs €15 by the glass.
