A second, casual dining option for everyday meals, yet set in the exceptional surroundings of the Westminster. The menu is well-curated, offering brasserie-style dishes at a chef’s level: roasted shrimp, avocado purée with aioli, roasted monkfish with peas and fava beans, sole meunière, West Burger, veal sweetbreads with sheep’s milk brousse, artichokes, and Poivrade peppers, and baba with raspberry liqueur—all the classics, like the Welsh rarebit or steak tartare with fries, are always a hit. Service is top-notch, with a classic wine selection in a hotel bistro setting.
