Gault&Millau's review 2026

The combination of the Westminster setting and the talent of a good bistro makes for an interesting mix, particularly in terms of value for money. The service is worthy of the place, with plates that may not be cheap, but are well conceived and executed in the expected style: ceviche of sea bream with yellow zucchini hummus, poached monkfish with peas and fava beans, steak tartare, Caesar salad on a supreme of Licques poultry. A delicious millefeuille to share for dessert, a daily special at €54, and a small selection of classics by the glass.
