Gourmet Restaurant In a pretty village in the Quercy region of France, Stéphanie and Alexandre Bogaert run this pretty market table, which fulfills its niche with a pleasant contemporary decor and a creative plate that changes from tradition. The chef has embraced slash fashion, and accordingly constructs minimalist but well-crafted plates, such as lentil salad / quail egg / truffle oil / beef jerky, hake fillet / sea urchin coral cream and turmeric, pig filet mignon / wine sauce / shiitake / tarragon.
