Remarkable Restaurant Each season confirms the high regard we have for Xavier Mathieu's work: his strong personality continues to drive him to create, but over time, everything is refined and polished along a regional line that we like, combining audacity and terroir. In this luxurious house tucked away above the village, the breath of the Luberon brings a breath of fresh air to better savor these distinguished dishes. The lunch menu is a bargain at €59, tempting you to return for the grand five-course Table Provençale menu, in which the chef delights with a vibrant tribute to the country: black olive tian, ratatouille with burnt onion syrup, Provençal cod raite and yellowtail with leeks, feet and parcels, leg of lamb, rabbit confit and anchovy stuffing, honey dessert with hot mead soufflé. Elegant, diligent service in the right tone of experience, a highly specialized cellar covering the entire region, with the finest Rhône labels.
