For a little over a year now, this table has been appearing in the heart of town, with simplicity and modesty, but also a certain efficiency. Behind the purple facade, a neat interior and a short menu that changes weekly, well in tune with the times: velouté de petits pois chèvre frais croustilles de jambon, poitrine de cochon confite à la bière et au miel zucchini grillée et grenailles, abricot poché à la vanille ganache montée au romarin. The entire menu is available with the €38 package. Classic wine cellar with a good, varied selection by the glass.
