This restaurant has been firmly established in the heart of the city for several years now, operating with simplicity and modesty, but also with a certain efficiency. Behind the purple façade lies a tastefully decorated interior and a concise menu that changes weekly, very much in tune with current trends: cream of pea soup with fresh goat cheese and ham chips; pork belly confit with beer and honey, served with grilled zucchini and baby potatoes; vanilla-poached apricot with rosemary-infused ganache. You can enjoy the entire menu with the all-inclusive set menu for €38. A classic wine cellar with a good, varied selection by the glass.
