Not only is there room for "Table de Laurène" everywhere, but it's also highly acclaimed: the emphasis on regional produce, simplicity and a home-from-home welcome are all worthy of the "Bistrot sarthois" label, which fits the bill perfectly. For special occasions, there's scallops, frogs and sweetbread croustade, but above all, the daily menu is unbeatable at €27.50, with potato millefeuille with rillettes, duck confit nem or 5A andouillette with pepper sauce, and salted butter caramel brioche perdu. Burger with Loué chicken for the die-hard fans, small cellar adapted.
