The magnificent terrace opens up the horizon, allowing diners to succumb to the charms of the place, with chef Pierre Marty's fine seasonal menu, where everyone can pick and choose a few local flavors or those belonging to a prestigious register: tartlet of candied apples and Kristal caviar, carpaccio of gambero rosso, redcurrants and lemon, Mediterranean sea bass plancha with melting apple and saffron, Alpilles lamb sautéed with piquillos and candied lemon. A skilful approach to an agreed yet effective repertoire, with good desserts and a well-stocked regional cellar.
