Close to the magnificent Parc aux Oiseaux, 5 minutes from Villars-les-Dombes, this is the idyllic, peaceful setting that captured the hearts of Cécile and Antoine d'Adeler. In the dining room, you'll be immersed in the world of the Dombes, with photographs of ponds and birds adorning the walls. At the piano, chef Rémi Provost will take you to the heart of the Dombes countryside with carp tartare, Dombe carp quenelle or frogs' legs in parsley sauce. All your senses will be awakened! You can also stroll through one of the bar's lounges or enjoy your tasting on the pleasant, shady, flower-filled terrace at the rear of the restaurant, savoring the tranquility of the setting. Your little ones can play to their heart's content in this enclosed space. Local cuisine that respects the seasons and is entirely homemade is the secret to sharing moments of conviviality in the peace and quiet of Cécile's restaurant.
