This serious, professional restaurant offers a good return for the casual visitor. A smiling welcome, in a bright yellow-and-white room brightened by a small exhibition, and a chef with the right touch for plates that are just right: cold oysters and cauliflower, a touch of lemon, very pleasant, candied skate, wok garden vegetables, a light and pleasant dish lacking a little tone, a well-balanced creamy curé nantais and blueberries. The small wine list is well balanced with regional wines, and local producers are all mentioned.
