Gourmet Restaurant An exceptional location for this Sirène, set at the end of Cap Gris Nez, with a close-up view of the dancing waves. The atmosphere is that of a well-kept, traditional establishment, with wise and meticulous proposals, no more clinging to its terroir than that: mackerel fillets in gravlax with rhubarb coulis, low-temperature cod fillet, asparagus quinoa crumble parmesan, vanilla bourbon crème brulée in a well-served €47 menu. The menu is extensive, with a sheathed lobster at €35 and grilled lobster with coral sauce.
