Gault&Millau's review 2025

Chic in the paillote, well placed on the beach for privileged vacationers. Feet in the sand, lunch is light, with a Niçoise salad and linguine with clams, and you're back in your evening dress for lobster ravioli, low-temperature veal with sweet potato fries and vegetable jus à la népita, and pineapple-coconut pavlova.
