Here, guests can savor the creations of Chef Bruno Felici. Together with his team, he offers creative and refined traditional cuisine with global influences. The dishes take diners on a culinary journey and are crafted using local, seasonal ingredients. They can be enjoyed à la carte—with a menu that changes every three months—as set menus, or as the chef’s special selections. The tiramisu, the chef’s signature dessert, is particularly popular with business guests, who are personally welcomed by Émilien Lehuger, the restaurant manager. From 4 p.m. until midnight, guests can extend their evening at Le Club bar in an equally chic atmosphere.
