Gourmet Restaurant As a Rouen resident, you can't help but be delighted to see the quays, so long neglected, come alive, including here on the left bank, thanks to the shows at Le 106 and the new 105 restaurant complex, with no less than six spaces on the second floor offering a beautiful view of the Seine in a rather impressive contemporary building. In this varied offer - bistro, grandma's cooking, bouillon... - a desire for gastronomy with the Salle à Manger, offering the most beautiful panorama of the city. Stopping at the first formula, sufficient with its three courses for €49, optimizes the moment spent, with the efforts of a dedicated young service and the competence of a motivated sommelier, Alexandre Pauget, who oversees a huge menu, unlike any other in Rouen (1630 references) and therefore a little disproportionate to the overall offer: veal clam fennel of good freshness, well-cooked pollack with a somewhat timid bisque and an abundant, somewhat compact risotto, honest peach-grapefruit dessert. The choice by the glass is a little light and not very logical in terms of prices, but this will all be sorted out in the coming weeks.
