A large space on the Left Bank quayside opposite Hangar 105, now a well-known venue. A rooftop cocktail and nibbles bar, a "gastro" (the Salle à manger) and a relaxed dining bar, the Cave, where you can nibble on kaaraage, burgers, a weeping tiger and an honorable filet au poivre, before a tasty homemade tiramisu served tableside by the pastry chef himself. The atmosphere is just about the hippest in town and, as an added bonus, a huge cellar of 1500 references that seems a little out of step with the desires of today's clientele.
