Right next to the town hall, a top-notch Transalpine enclave that supplies the locals with traditional, sunny flavors. The place is indeed legitimately charming, and can be enjoyed both indoors (modern) and outdoors (flower-filled terrace), to relearn the well-transmitted taste of artisanal burrata, octopus confit, tagliatelle with sage flambéed in a wheel of grana padano, tagliolini with truffle butter, clams, bottarga and artichokes, langoustines and zucchini tempura, or low-temperature lamb with lentil cream.
