A surprisingly friendly Breton embassy in the Languedoc region, this pretty restaurant with its inspired decor, marine wood, country atmosphere and small references to the country, offers a home-style galette, with the traditional recipes for which it is famous. The menu is well-stocked, with andouille with apples, onion confit, smoked sausage, mustard and salicornia, salted butter caramel and Kouign-amann ice cream. Smiling service.
