Tucked away on a side street off Bayeux’s busiest thoroughfare, Linda and Simon Boudet’s restaurant is always worth a visit, thanks to the charm of this old townhouse and its cuisine, which is, in contrast, very contemporary. On the menu: tomato gazpacho with melon, watermelon, feta, pickled vegetables, and croutons; cod with a coconut milk and wasabi emulsion, Atlas cabbage, and hazelnuts; chicken ramen with egg, noodles, vegetables, and sesame broth; and a vanilla-tonka bean crème brûlée.
