Gourmet Restaurant You have to escape through a discreet passageway to find this traditional inn, which plunges you into the past in its architecture, but well into the present in its cuisine and service. The menu names allude to the musketeers, and we like the €40 "D'Artagnan", with its beef tataki with carrot and peanut bok choy, cod maki with coconut cream and Breton curry tomato, and chocolate praline coconut namelaka dark chocolate entremets with coffee ganache. Friendly, attentive service, classic cellar.
