It's a trendy bistro that Avranchins have embraced all the more readily, as such a relaxed, smart offering doesn't really exist anywhere else. At Camille and Alain's, there's nothing forbidden or obligatory: all tastes are allowed, in a sort of invigorating simplicity, with a traditional background and seasonal vegetables.
