Gault&Millau's review 2026

In the very chic Madame Rêve hotel building, a table perched in the green, in the luxuriant environment of a planted patio offering a panoramic view. Chef Benjamin Six is in charge of the menu, which is highly varied and open to the world and its trends: black cod and shrimp gyozas, sea bream sashimi, razor clam ceviche, wagyu tataki, teriyaki grilled salmon, Angus short ribs... Plenty of cocktails and champagne to wash it all down.
