Chef's Restaurant It's a familiar land: we exchange hugs and handshakes, as the whole of Nice, some every day, meets up at Nicole's. She welcomes both locals and tourists to share in this local tradition of pure recipes, generous and perfectly prepared meats, and prices to match. The assortment of starters is a great success, including of course the artichoke salad, followed by veal chop, entrecôte with pepper sauce, filet of beef Rossini, chicken with foie gras and macaroni with truffles. A suspended time, protected from the world... Wide choice of classic desserts, a glass of bellet at €18.
