Gault&Millau's review2025
An interesting restaurant with a modest name, but no lack of ambition, with a skilful and imaginative chef, Georges Castanheira. The setting is well arranged, with contemporary themes and raw materials depending on the room, and the table is set with care, as are the chef's plates: snail and chanterelle puff pastry, monkfish medallion with rice perfumed with frog cream, roast pigeon with polenta perfumed with spices and gravy. Desserts a little conventional, classic cellar with regional and local references.
