Glide gently downhill to this safe, slightly secret address on the quiet Rue de la Concorde. The couscous here is so well made and justly renowned that the take-away business has developed nicely. The harira, couscous and other dishes on the surprise evening menu are always convincing. To choose, come at lunchtime and pick from the menu.
