Gourmet Restaurant A classic of Courseullais life, this family-run hotel-restaurant has been bringing life to the area for over forty years, modernizing as the years go by. In this welcoming dining room, everything is designed to make beach visitors feel at home. The menu is wide-ranging, with an abundance of products from both sea and land: fish soup, braised calf sweetbread with morel cream, grilled sea bass with hollandaise sauce, Norman poultry supreme with foie gras cream... Good Terroir menu at €29.50.
